Vale Training Group..

The Vale Training Group offers its clients a wide range of services and training options. These include tailor- made courses, individual training plans or 'off the peg' packages. We treat each client as an individual and design courses to meet the level and need they require. Our courses can be run either as open or in-house sessions, as well as 'one-to-one' tutorials. Among the services we offer is Skillcheck - a systematic way of looking at your Business activities in order to create a structured Training and Development plan. It is split into three different formats to fit any business need.

The Marsh Hill Centre..

The Marsh Hill Training Centre is set just off the Chiltern Hills, in the Vale of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The Centre was formally opened in April 2003 by David Liddington MP. and has been running a full time training programme ever since. The centre has utilised a redundant milking parlour and dairy, and was converted with the support of D.E.F.R.A. under the England Rural Development Programme.

The Centre is easy to find, just follow the directions or pop our post code (HP17 8ST) in to Multimap and you will be given a clear and easy to follow map.

The Farm..

This family farm in rural Buckinghamshire comprises of a 600 acre arable, beef and sheep farm, as well as a training centre.  The farm is set just off the Chiltern Hills, in the Vale of Aylesbury. The farm was bought by the Mason Family in the early 1960's, and since then has evolved to the be thriving centre that you see to day.  The farm employs two full time members of staff, and the centre one full time and two part time members of staff. The farm grows a selection of combinable crops as well as grass land.  Much of the farm is now managed under the countryside stewardship scheme.
