Sheep Stock Tasks

This one day course will cover handling techniques for foot trimming, selection of and condition scoring of ewes, injecting, and routine welfare and management tasks. The course is for those new to caring for sheep or those with limited sheep knowledge.

Course Times: 9.30am to 4.00pm or to suit client.

  •  Appropriate sheep handling
  •  Codes of recommendations for the welfare of farmed sheep
  • Handling sheep safely and effectively for both the keeper and the stock
  •  Routine husbandry tasks for sheep welfare
  •  Completion of documents associated with sheep management
